The board is fixed and active again!
As of August 5, 2017, this board is functioning once again. 
I regret not getting around to doing all the updates much sooner, but it is always a project to do. Something always seems to cause problems and this time was no exception.
I still need to fix cosmetic issues but functionality is all there.
